HTR2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,672 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS20, CDH8, and POU6F2. Each is linked with HTR2C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2C-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR2C versus ADAMTS20 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
