HTR1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,669 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are AXL, EGFR, and UPP1. Each is linked with HTR1D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1D-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR1D versus AXL in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
