HSPE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6737, TSPY25P, and OR4B1. Each is linked with HSPE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6737 grouped by HSPE1-low versus HSPE1-high in KIRP.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
