HSPA8P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA8P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,958 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA8P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOAT1, SGPP1, and GSS. Each is linked with HSPA8P5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA8P5-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA8P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPA8P5 versus SOAT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA8P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA8P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
