HRH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS18BP2, YBX1P9, and RNU6-42P. Each is linked with HRH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRH3-to-partner and partner-to-HRH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS18BP2 grouped by HRH3-low versus HRH3-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
