Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,250 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOXA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRGV11, DNAJA1P1, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with HOXA9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA9-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRGV11 grouped by HOXA9-low versus HOXA9-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
