HOPX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOPX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 269 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOAP1, MIR615, and RNU7-29P. Each is linked with HOPX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOPX-to-partner and partner-to-HOPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOAP1 grouped by HOPX-low versus HOPX-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
