HOPX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOPX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,241 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANK1, SOWAHB, and GRHL3. Each is linked with HOPX in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOPX-to-partner and partner-to-HOPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOPX versus BANK1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
