Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOMER1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,994 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOMER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJB6, BATF, and NDUFB9. Each is linked with HOMER1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMER1-to-partner and partner-to-HOMER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOMER1 versus GJB6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOMER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOMER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
