Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOMER1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,123 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOMER1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC1, ATP2A3, and SH3KBP1_S183. Each is linked with HOMER1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMER1-to-partner and partner-to-HOMER1 results are reported.
