HOMER1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOMER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,190 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOMER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRI3, PUSL1, and WDR62. Each is linked with HOMER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMER1-to-partner and partner-to-HOMER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRI3 grouped by HOMER1-low versus HOMER1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOMER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOMER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
