Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOMER1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOMER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with HOMER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMER1-to-partner and partner-to-HOMER1 results are reported.
