Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOMER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,307 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOMER1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and RNA destabilization. Each is linked with HOMER1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMER1-to-partner and partner-to-HOMER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process grouped by HOMER1-low versus HOMER1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
