Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOMER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOMER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM7, KRTAP19-8, and CCL18. Each is linked with HOMER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMER1-to-partner and partner-to-HOMER1 results are reported.
