Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPA2B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,699 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPA2B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHAF1B, ATAD2, and CDC73. Each is linked with HNRNPA2B1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPA2B1-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPA2B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPA2B1 versus CHAF1B in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPA2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPA2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
