Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGB3P19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,135 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGB3P19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasome assembly, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and Mitotic DNA integrity checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with HMGB3P19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB3P19-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB3P19 results are reported.
