Q-omics provides the consensus-scored HMGB3P19 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. HMGB3P19 expression is associated with patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, HMGB3P19 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, HMGB3P19 RNA expression shows 6,135 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight CESC, LUAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where HMGB3P19 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
