Q-omics provides the consensus-scored HMGB1P9 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. HMGB1P9 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, HMGB1P9 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, HMGB1P9 RNA expression shows 6,127 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight HNSC, and BRCA as cancer lineages where HMGB1P9 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
