Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGA1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,144 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGA1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Signal transduction in response to DNA damage, Mitotic DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with HMGA1P2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGA1P2-to-partner and partner-to-HMGA1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Signal transduction in response to DNA damage grouped by HMGA1P2-low versus HMGA1P2-high in DLBC.
