HLTF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLTF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,803 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLTF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMPS, MCM7, and MSH2. Each is linked with HLTF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLTF-to-partner and partner-to-HLTF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLTF versus GMPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
