HLA-Z

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-Z RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,004 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-Z-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBED6, VN1R83P, and RPL28P2. Each is linked with HLA-Z in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-Z-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-Z results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLA-Z versus ZBED6 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-Z→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-Z) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
