HLA-V

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-V mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,234 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-V-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-49P, NUDT3, and INO80B-WBP1. Each is linked with HLA-V in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-V-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-V results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-49P grouped by HLA-V-low versus HLA-V-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-V→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-V) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
