HLA-DRB6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DRB6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DRB6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR133B, MIR1258, and FAM243A. Each is linked with HLA-DRB6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DRB6-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DRB6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR133B grouped by HLA-DRB6-low versus HLA-DRB6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DRB6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DRB6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
