RNA, U7 small nuclear 95 pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU7-95P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU7-95P expression is associated with patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU7-95P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RNU7-95P RNA expression shows 6,152 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight BLCA, KIRC, and BRCA as cancer lineages where RNU7-95P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU7-95P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU7-95P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (5). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

RNAKaplan–Meier5BLCA (72)view →
This table ranks reproducible RNU7-95P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU7-95P expression shows unfavorable associations in BLCA, BRCA, THCA, PAAD and ESCA. The BLCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify BLCA as the clearest survival context for RNU7-95P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU7-95P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU7-95P shows higher tumor expression in KIRC. The KIRC box plot shows higher RNU7-95P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.079, t-test p = .015).

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with RNU7-95P in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, RNU7-95P shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with BRCA recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
