Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DQB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,515 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DQB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P2, FAM27B, and OR4B2P. Each is linked with HLA-DQB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DQB2-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DQB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P2 grouped by HLA-DQB2-low versus HLA-DQB2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DQB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DQB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
