Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-DQB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,276 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DQB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB5, and HLA-DRA. Each is linked with HLA-DQB1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DQB1-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DQB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLA-DQB1 versus HLA-DRB1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DQB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DQB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
