Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11G2, ARPP19P2, and RNU6-39P. Each is linked with HLA-DPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DPA1-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DPA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11G2 grouped by HLA-DPA1-low versus HLA-DPA1-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
