Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,208 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM22, IFIT3, and LAP3. Each is linked with HLA-B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-B-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLA-B versus TRIM22 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
