Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,642 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HCP5, PSMB9, and BTN3A3. Each is linked with HLA-B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-B-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLA-B versus HCP5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
