Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-B-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, STAT3_pY705, and VHL. Each is linked with HLA-B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-B-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-B results are reported.
