Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,844 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Antigen processing and presentation. Each is linked with HLA-B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-B-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-B results are reported.
