HIGD1AP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIGD1AP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,176 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIGD1AP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIGD1AP1, CHIAP3, and SRP9P1. Each is linked with HIGD1AP12 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD1AP12-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD1AP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIGD1AP12 versus HIGD1AP1 in STAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIGD1AP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIGD1AP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
