Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HIGD1AP12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HIGD1AP12 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher HIGD1AP12 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HIGD1AP12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and TGCT show a favorable association.
UCEC, MESO, and KIRC are the cancer types where HIGD1AP12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
