HHLA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HHLA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHLA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-22, OR2D2, and MIR876. Each is linked with HHLA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHLA3-to-partner and partner-to-HHLA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHLA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHLA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
