HDAC9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDAC9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 297 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SULT2A1, NMD3, and OR3A1. Each is linked with HDAC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC9-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SULT2A1 grouped by HDAC9-low versus HDAC9-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
