HAUS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAUS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,220 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAUS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and VRK1. Each is linked with HAUS4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAUS4-to-partner and partner-to-HAUS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAUS4 versus SSRP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAUS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAUS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
