HAUS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAUS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,195 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAUS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, PARP2, and DCAF11. Each is linked with HAUS4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAUS4-to-partner and partner-to-HAUS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAUS4 versus SUPT16H in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAUS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAUS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
