Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAPLN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HAPLN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-943P, RPL29P32, and BAG3. Each is linked with HAPLN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAPLN3-to-partner and partner-to-HAPLN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-943P grouped by HAPLN3-low versus HAPLN3-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAPLN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAPLN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
