Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-943P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-943P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-943P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-943P RNA expression shows 12,008 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight STAD, BRCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-943P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
