HAPLN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAPLN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAPLN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4E2, C1QBP, and GALR3. Each is linked with HAPLN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAPLN3-to-partner and partner-to-HAPLN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4E2 grouped by HAPLN3-low versus HAPLN3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAPLN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAPLN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
