HAO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,881 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDELR3, MIOX, and CGRRF1. Each is linked with HAO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAO2-to-partner and partner-to-HAO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAO2 versus KDELR3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
