Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,569 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycine biosynthetic process, Thioester metabolic process, and Vitamin biosynthetic process. Each is linked with HAO1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAO1-to-partner and partner-to-HAO1 results are reported.
