HAO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 844 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADIG, RTP5, and LCN1. Each is linked with HAO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAO1-to-partner and partner-to-HAO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAO1 versus ADIG in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
