H3P14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,959 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3P14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, ZMYM3, and ZNF318_S2101. Each is linked with H3P14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3P14-to-partner and partner-to-H3P14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H3P14 versus PARP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3P14→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3P14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
