H3C7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H3C7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H3C7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5584, MIR4733, and RNA5SP377. Each is linked with H3C7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H3C7-to-partner and partner-to-H3C7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5584 grouped by H3C7-low versus H3C7-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H3C7→partner) and Y-score (partner→H3C7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
