Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNA5SP377 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNA5SP377 expression is associated with patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNA5SP377 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNA5SP377 RNA expression shows 2,799 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LGG. Together, these results highlight COAD, THCA, and LGG as cancer lineages where RNA5SP377 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
