H2BC18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,680 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC4, SMC4, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with H2BC18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC18-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
