H2AZ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AZ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POM121L3P, IL21, and AQP7P2. Each is linked with H2AZ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AZ2-to-partner and partner-to-H2AZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POM121L3P grouped by H2AZ2-low versus H2AZ2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
