Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AL1RP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,468 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AL1RP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of keratinocyte proliferation, Regulation of endocytic recycling, and Positive regulation of T cell tolerance induction. Each is linked with H2AL1RP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AL1RP-to-partner and partner-to-H2AL1RP results are reported.
