Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2AL1RP RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H2AL1RP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher H2AL1RP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2AL1RP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and BLCA show a favorable association.
THYM, LUSC, and OV are the cancer types where H2AL1RP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
